Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the booking.

• Balance payment must be completed 3 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• 15 days before travel: 90% refund

• 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

• In case of force majeure or natural calamities, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Travel and Stay

• Hotel/resort check-in and check-out times are as per standard policy (usually 12 noon).

• AC may not work in hilly areas due to safety concerns.

• Safari bookings are subject to forest department availability and weather conditions.

Meals and Inclusions

• Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner (MAP Plan).

• Any additional meals, snacks, or drinks will be chargeable.

Transport

• Vehicles provided will depend on group size.

• All sightseeing is as per itinerary. Extra usage of vehicle will incur additional charges.

• In case of breakdowns or delays, Excellent Trip will provide suitable alternatives as available.

Liability

• Excellent Trip is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.

• Travelers are responsible for their personal documents, health, and safety during the tour.

Special Requests

• Any specific hotel/resort requests, special occasions (like honeymoon setup), or dietary preferences should be informed at the time of booking.

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years: Free (without extra bed).

• Children 5–10 years: Charged as per child rate.

• Above 10 years: Charged as an adult.
